Refund Policy
At this time, we will not accept any returns or cancellations once the order has shipped. Assuming in the event you receive damaged products you will be offered a replacement product or products in place of what you received. You will be asked to ship the damaged product or products back to MD Cleaning Solutions LLC then you will be shipped out your new product or products at no shipping cost to you. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please take in consideration where the product was purchased. If the product was purchased from a distributor or retailer it needs to be returned to the same distributor or retailer. Please refer to distributors or retailers return policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
